HSCI 4080 - Pathophysiology for the Health Sciences

Study of disease by organ system with emphasis on etiology and pathogenesis of the disease; how structural consequences of disease lead to funtional consequences or symptoms; how cells respond to injury. Students will build a framework for understanding specific diseases. Prer., BIOL 2010, BIOL 2020, CHEM 1401/1402, CHEM 1411/1412. Meets with HSCI 5080.
