A Bachelor of Arts in Economics prepares students for a wide range of employment opportunities in both the public and private sector. Further, an undergraduate degree in economics provides excellent preparation for graduate studies in law and business. A minimum of 36 hours of economics courses, of which at least 18 hours are numbered 300 and above
