Excel Mathematics Center

The Excel Mathematics Center is located in the Engineering building, room 233. The center began operation in the fall of 1990 as part of a federally funded Title III initiative known as Project Excel. The Math Center provides drop-in tutoring in mathematics, computer science, physics, statistics, and some engineering courses. In addition, the center provides Peer-Assisted Study sessions, problem sessions, workshops, and space for small group study. The computers in the Math Center have a variety of mathematical and statistical software for student use. See the website for more information: http://www.uccs.edu/~mathcenter/.

Mathematics Academic Policies

Prerequisite Policy

For more information, visit https://www.uccs.edu/math/math_placement_test. For questions about math prerequisites, please contact Academic Advising.
