CHEM 4520 - Physical Chemistry II

Lecture. The application of quantum mechanics to atomic and molecular structure and spectra. The application of statistical mechanics to the prediction of thermodynamic properties. Transition state theory of reaction rate. Prer., CHEM 4510 with a grade of “C” or higher. Coreq., CHEM 4540 or CHEM 4550. Meets with CHEM 5520.
