COUN 520 - Advanced Seminar in Student Affairs

Taken during the final semester of the student’s program, requires the completion of an independent study on a topic of particular interest or concern to Student Affairs. The topic, and the method of conducting the study, will be mutually agreed upon by the faculty member and student. In-depth exploration of the topic will require the students to synthesize what they have learned in the program and demonstrate the ability to apply it.Prerequisites: COUN 506, COUN 508, COUN 519 and admissions to the Counseling Program in Student Affairs
