Design considerations for MOS integrated circuits with an emphasis on CMOS technology and the relationships between semiconductor device theory, semiconductor processing technologies, and the electrical and functional performance requirements of modern digital IC circuits. Physical behavior of CMOS transistors and integrated circuits, CMOS processing technology, CMOS circuit and logic design, design rules and structured design methodology.Prerequisites: ECE 3020 and ECE 3210
