An introduction to semiconductor devices used in modern microelectronic technologies. The course objective is to provide an understanding of the fundamental physical principles and concepts underlying the operation and use of the most important semiconductor devices.Prerequisites: ECE 2050 and ECE 2210 or ECE 2205
