CHEM 102 - Introduction to Organic and Biochemistry4 Credits
Lecture and Lab. This is the second part of a one year course and should be taken after completion of CHEM 101. Students who are required to take CHEM 103-106 should not take both 101 and 102. The course includes a survey of organic functional group and biochemical reactions. A large emphasis is placed on structure and function of organic and biomolecules.Note Approved for LAS Natural Science requirement.Prerequisites: CHEM 101 with a grade of ‘C’ or higher
