BIOL 430 - Advanced Nutrition

A comprehensive study of the energy providing nutrients and how they are metabolized within the human body. This course will provide students with a firm basis of the biochemistry of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Fall.Prerequisites: BIOL 205, BIOL 302, CHEM 330 or CHEM 331, 332
