HIST 3570 - The City in Latin America3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)
This course explores the deeply rooted urban-rural divide in modern Latin America, from a historical perspective organized about core city-centered theories and specific city case studies. Students will also learn about the current impact of globalization on cities and their residents. Approved for LAS global awareness requirement.
