ECE 4050 - Microelectronics IC Fabrication Laboratory

3 Credits (Minimum) 3 Credits (Maximum)
Independent experimental project in which students are expected to acquire the theoretical understanding of modern IC fabrication process, perform the IC processing and supporting measurements, and write detailed laboratory reports. Students should take ECE 4050 before ECE 4896. Prer., ECE 4020, ECE 4080. College of Engineering students only. Meets with ECE 5050.
