This case-based course focuses on the use of accounting information for executive decision-making. Emphasis is on identifying, evaluating and using accounting information to make long-term strategic decisions and short-term operating decisions. The role of regulatory requirement.s, International Accounting Standards and ethical considerations in the decision-making processes are examined.
